The GHCP team offers personalized mentorship to assist students navigating various academic and personal aspirations.

  • Students are encouraged to stay up-to-date and engaged in innovation and developments within the realm of global health. Students endorse growth in their scientific writing skills, oral communication, professionalism, time management, leadership, and teamwork. Students are given the opportunity to respond to various public health crises in real-time, and work closely with local stakeholders in conflict resolution and problem solving.

  • Several students, with faculty support and guidance, were awarded with various research scholarships, grants, and experiences among prestigious healthcare programs. These include the acceptance of Florida State University’s IDEA Grant for undergraduates, at the Summer Institute for Medical Students (SIMS) Program at Hazelden Betty Ford, and at the Cancer in the Under-Privileged, Indigent or Disadvantaged (CUPID) Summer Translational Oncology Program at Johns Hopkins University.
